holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Performance Management. Active in education since 1988, she has gained deep insight into youth challenges, especially among female students at Kinnaird College since 2000. She believes women should be empowered not only as job seekers but also as entrepreneurs. Teaching is her passion, keeping her engaged with evolving business trends and energized by student interactions. Dr. Farooqi focuses on practical, research-driven education that enables students to realize their potential for personal and organizational growth. Alongside teaching, she has worked as a management consultant and volunteer, promoting women’s education, skill development, and economic empowerment. She actively fosters industry-academia linkages to enhance student employability and ensure alignment with current business dynamics and industrial trends.
